  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products from our Minimalist Desk Organization and Journaling & Time Management series must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Creative Office Gadgets must include all original components, manuals, and accessories.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return transactions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used planners or journals with written entries.

  • Customized or personalized office supplies.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

4. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, such as premium Creative Office Gadgets, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as GRIGORESCU S. A. LTD cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Inspection and Refund Approval

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control department, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
