How do I redeem a promotional code? Activating your coupon is straightforward. After adding items to your cart, click "PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD" (this applies to both card and PayPal users).

What payment methods are supported? UGMOMCKEN guarantees secure checkout through various major providers. We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and leading credit/debit networks including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner’s Club.

How are shipping costs calculated? For standard global transit, we generally apply a flat rate of $5.99 USD. Please note that exact freight charges may fluctuate slightly depending on active promotions or your specific geographic location. The final shipping total will always be transparently displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Logistics & Delivery

Do you provide global shipping? Absolutely. UGMOMCKEN is a worldwide brand operating multiple international fulfillment centers. To minimize wait times, our logistics network automatically dispatches your merchandise from the warehouse closest to your destination.

What are your estimated transit times? Once your purchase has been processed and dispatched, standard deliveries typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

How do I monitor my shipment? As soon as your package leaves our facility, an automated dispatch email containing a unique tracking link will be sent to you. You can monitor its journey via universal tracking platforms such as 17track.net.

Why is my tracking status stagnant? Please allow 24 to 48 hours for courier systems to synchronize after you receive your dispatch notice. It is completely normal for tracking statuses to remain static for a few days while parcels are in transit between regional sorting hubs.

I received a partial delivery. Where is the rest of my order? To expedite the delivery process, orders containing multiple items may be split and shipped from distinct warehouses. Consequently, your goods might arrive in separate parcels. Each package will be assigned an individual tracking number, which will be forwarded to your inbox.
Modifications & Cancellations

Am I able to alter my contact or delivery details? Such adjustments are highly time-critical. If you spot an error, email support@ugmomcken.com immediately using the subject line "Urgent: Address Change". Ensure you provide your Order ID, purchasing email, and the corrected shipping details. We will make every effort to amend the details prior to processing; however, shipped orders cannot be rerouted by us, and you will need to contact the local courier directly.

Can I swap items (size, color, etc.) after purchasing? Product modifications also require immediate action. Email us at support@ugmomcken.com with the subject "Urgent: Order Change", detailing your Order ID and the desired adjustments. We can only fulfill these requests during the brief window before the warehouse fulfillment stage begins.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations are only viable for orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment phase (a nominal processing fee may apply). Once a package is in transit, the transaction is final and cannot be canceled.
Post-Delivery Support

My package suffered transit damage. What are the next steps? We apologize for the inconvenience. For a swift resolution, email support@ugmomcken.com with your Order ID, photographic or video evidence of the broken item(s), and a clear picture of the external shipping label.

How do I report a manufacturing defect? UGMOMCKEN enforces strict quality control. If a product falls short of expectations due to a flaw, let us know at support@ugmomcken.com. Please supply a detailed description of the issue, alongside your Order ID and visual proof (photos/video) so we can rectify the situation.

I received an incorrect or incomplete order. What should I do? We regret any warehouse oversight. Should your delivery be incomplete or inaccurate, contact our support desk right away. Provide your Order ID and a visual record of what was received (or outline what is missing), and we will promptly address the mistake.

I never received an order confirmation receipt. Initially, please inspect your spam or promotional folders. If the confirmation remains elusive, send an inquiry to support@ugmomcken.com specifying the email address utilized during checkout. Our team will locate your transaction and reissue the receipt.

When will I receive my tracking number? Tracking details are generally issued within 1 to 2 business days post-processing. If this timeframe has lapsed, please verify your junk mail folder first, then reach out to our customer care team for a status update.
